Summer Wedding at Meridian House in Washington DC | Lauren & Peter

This gorgeous pair wed on the hottest day of the summer, but you’d never know it to look at them! Surrounded by the verdant grounds of Meridian House nestled in the heart of Washington DC, Lauren and Peter treated their guests to an elegant dinner service catered by Susan Gage Catering before partying the night away under the linden grove.

In Southern tradition, Lauren and Peter buried a bottle of bourbon on the grounds of their wedding venue a month before their wedding day to ensure clear skies - and it worked!

Right before their sparkler exit, Lauren & Peter stepped out to the linden grove alone to share one last special dance together before the end of the evening.
