a-wandering wednesday (on thursday): siem reap, cambodia (pt. 2)
the a-wandering wednesday post finishing up our time in cambodia is obviously late today - my only excuse is that i had such a hard time paring down the images! although both andrew and i agree that laos was overall our favorite country of the three, by far, this individual day of our trip was the most magical and memorable for me. in short, we hired a motorbike to take us 2 hours into the countryside before sunrise to visit a more far flung temple where nature has run rampant and the tourists are few and far between. it was incredible!
when we returned to siem reap, we had a private street food tour with cooks in tuk tuks - it's for the brave...
catch up on the previous stops in our trip here: batangas, palawan, boracay, bangkok, chiang mai, the white temple, our first couple days in laos, luang prabang, the road to vang vieng, vang vieng, and cambodia, pt. 1.
